Two open workouts for all 2014 regional gymnasts Friday evening and Sunday afternoon.  NOTE  40 Optional Demonstrators are determined by the top ten all-around placements at level 7-10  WA Optional State Meet. Replacement demonstrator’s will be selected from those regional athlete’s that petitioned through state to regionals, and then if needed state all-around placement after 10th place.  FREE to Demonstrators, a Washington State Leotard.  Athlete and coaches must commit to be a demonstrator and to assist with coaching by April 1.  All gymnasts & coaches participating must be current with USAG. NEW COMPULSORY GYMNASTS PARTICIPATION MINI CLINICS  Each club registering for state congress will be given an option of bring 2 compulsory athletes (level 2-5 total 8 gymnasts) for a FREE clinic Saturday afternoon and Sunday with Tom Koll and Laurie Reid. The compulsory gymnasts do not need to pre-register, but must be current with USAG.
